Heritage

"Red Flag": China'sstate limousine.

Hongqi was founded in Changchun in 1958 and became known for China's official state cars. Today the FAW Group offers the marque to private customers through a range of saloons and SUVs.

The cabin

The back seatis designed for rear-seat comfort.

The H9 flagship is built around its second row: individual zero-gravity seats, quilted leather with "红旗" embroidered on the backrests, and a folding carbon table. A cabin meant for being driven in.

Materials and colours vary by trim: we confirm them in person in Plovdiv.

    Two-tone paintwork with a chrome line running the full length. Hand-lacquered in eight coats, polished to 0.05 mm flatness.

    An LED matrix in a silver frame, set into the daytime running lights. The shape echoes the Chinese character "日": sun.
